Neighbors of Tori Spelling, who moved out of her $15K-a-month home, claim she was “trashed”; a rare look inside
Tori Spelling just left a $15,000-per-month house with her five children. The neighbors claimed she left it untidy.
Supporters are also discussing grave allegations concerning the “trashed” house.

Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, Beau, and Tori Spelling abandoned their $15,000-per-month rental house in 2024. After seven months of residing in the contemporary, two-story house, the “Beverly Hills 90210” star moved out.
The 3,000 square foot, fully renovated home boasts three bathrooms, five bedrooms, a pool, and a spa. When Spelling and her children moved in, it was completely furnished.
Given her history of house moves, it is hardly shocking that Spelling is leaving this opulent mansion. Spelling was spotted checking out of a $100-per-night motel with her five children after leaving her married residence.
Leaving the small motel was a far cry from Spelling’s early years. She was raised in The Manor, a palatial mansion in the exclusive Holmby Park neighborhood of Los Angeles and one of the city’s most extravagant homes.
Spelling and her children were standing outside the roadside hotel when she looked obviously dejected. She disclosed in July 2023 that a mold issue forced them to vacate their family’s home. The mother of five said on Instagram that her family has been ill for months due to mold.
She initially believed that her small children were carrying viruses from school home, which was the source of the ongoing sickness. But when her youngest children were frequently too ill to go to school, things got worse.
They had symptoms such as lightheadedness and insomnia. This prompted them to look into it more and get their house inspected for mold. Spelling found herself in a motel since she was in need of a short-term somewhere to stay while searching for a long-term solution.
Sadly, the 51-year-old and her children ended up living in an RV in California after leaving the motel. Spelling was spotted having an early cup of coffee in a Sunseeker E450 RV at a park in Ventura County.
Spelling was spotted navigating the RV to their campsite, hanging around outdoors to dry clothing, and getting ready for supper. Later, the actress and her daughter Stella headed to a nearby Walmart to restock on supplies. They were observed pushing a plastic-bag-filled grocery cart.
In most Sunseeker RVs, the living room features a dinette that may be used as an additional sleeping area. Moreover, the sofas may be made into beds, which is convenient for Spelling’s kids. There is a kids’ couch sleeper that turns into a bunk bed available in larger sizes. There is a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room in the Sunseeker E450 RV.
Spelling and her kids moved into the $15,000-per-month rental house after living in an RV, which they allegedly left in a disorganized state. Spelling paid a $7,500 security deposit when they moved in, which may have also been a cost for the brief rental. Now she was comfortable in the beautiful house.
The home included a spacious foyer with a grand staircase, an opulent chandelier, and hardwood floors that stretched the whole length of the space. With a kitchen that had two ovens, double sinks, plenty of counter space, and seating for sixteen, the listing for the house also touted it as an entertainer’s dream come true.
There was enough of space in the house for big families and gatherings to relax and stretch out. It also had central air conditioning, a garage, and all the necessary equipment.
Luckily for Tori Spelling, dogs and cats were allowed on the property. But there was no hint that her vast array of Hidden Hills pets was permitted.
The ‘Trashed’ House of Tori Spelling, Upsetting the Neighbors
Spelling also left the $15,000-per-month house due to her habit of changing residences. The actress was charged with disturbing her neighbors by leaving it untidy. Pictures taken on the usually immaculate street reveal mounds of abandoned furniture, cushions, and other household things strewn in front of the house.
Some of the furniture, such as the taupe sectional sofa featured in real estate images, had been stripped and was put outside for garbage collection. In addition, there were kid’s toys, pet carriers, and an arbitrary DVD.
According to neighbors, the interior of the house is equally awful. After Spelling moved out, a large dumpster that was used to gather trash was filled more than once.
Regarding the residence, one neighbor expressed confidence that Spelling would not receive her deposit back because it was “completely trashed.” “There’s a strong urine odor throughout the house, even on the couch cushions,” the neighbor continued. The walls are covered in marks left by who knows what.”
How Tori Spelling’s Personal Preferences Affected Her Divorce
Spelling’s careless tendencies have caused issues in her marriage to actor Dean McDermott, with whom she is no longer married. After being wed in 2006, the couple’s separation in 2017 was caused by Spelling’s pets, McDermott’s drinking issues, and financial difficulties.
The actor claimed that having animals in the bedroom—often on the bed—was the root of the issues. There were multiple dogs, a pig, and a chicken that lived in the restroom.
Dogs have accidents, and McDermott saw that theirs had been numerous. He relocated to another bedroom since he was having trouble keeping up. He began sleeping in a different room from his wife.
“I drew that boundary for myself and moved to another room, and things just progressed from there,” McDermott clarified. No attempts were made to address the issue in any way so that the room might be reopened.”
Because of this, the couple became emotionally estranged from one another, and by the time their marriage failed, they were more like roommates than lovers. While Spelling concentrated on the kids, the actor drank more since he was alone more often.
He with his drink, her with the children, they both withdrew into their own worlds. They rarely shared meals, and when they did, it was frequently disjointed and disjointed.
Spelling filed for divorce following an 18-year marriage and a 10-month separation. June 17, 2023 was the date of separation that she listed. Dean McDermott stated that he and Spelling were doing well but that their divorce had taken a long time to come out after the news of their split broke.
Spelling disclosed that she discussed the divorce with McDermott when recording her podcast, “misSPELLING.” She notified listeners about her decision to file for divorce during her phone conversation with McDermott during the podcast.
According to her, filing was merely a formality. Spelling voiced her displeasure with McDermott discussing their divorce in public. It’s interesting that she unexpectedly said “I love you” to finish the call.
Furthermore, the actress disclosed, “We always say, ‘Hey, it made it 18 years.'” She acknowledged that she remained in the union to keep McDermott and the children safe, saying, “It shouldn’t have made it 18 years.”
On the set of the television film “Mind Over Murder” in 2005, the ex-couples first clicked. Despite being married at the time, they were very attracted to one another. Spelling said that their courtship was like a whirlwind and that they fell madly in love very fast.
Their son Liam was born in 2007 after they were wed in May of 2006. They added four more children to their household. Spelling did point out that having children altered their relationship and that it was never the same.
When “Tori & Dean: Inn Love” debuted in 2007, they took a stab at reality TV, managing a bed and breakfast. Spelling discussed the difficulties in juggling a family and a career, transforming from a glamorous character to a more homely one.
Behind closed doors, their relationship was unraveling despite how they appeared to the public. Although they attempted therapy, the couple’s marriage was not saved. McDermott struggled with prescription drugs and alcohol, which exacerbated their issues.
Their relationship finally fell apart as a result of his alcoholism difficulties. The actor then turned into an addiction counselor and campaigner at the age of 57. But after a passionate beginning and facing the obstacles of celebrity and family, he and Spelling’s journey came to an end in divorce.
Following their split, fans expressed serious concerns about the welfare of their children, particularly in light of Spelling’s $15,000-per-month home. Concerns about the potential effects of the living circumstances on the children’s stability and health were expressed by fans on social media.
“She needs to start taking better care of her children’s diets,” said one worried commenter. She hasn’t made them a handmade dinner in years, if at all.”
The user conjectured that Spelling provided junk food to her children at each of their three meals a day. “I doubt they exercise, and it’s not even their fault.” The user said, “They’re all going to have a really difficult life with numerous medical issues on top of that.
Another commenter said, “I’m pretty sure her children are not emannered or having any civility to them,” expressing pity for the children’s instability. I hold them not responsible. Moving around a lot over the past few years must have been awful for them.
The person added that it would be interesting to see where Spelling lives next and expressed sadness that the kids would not know where they will sleep or eat. “Her ex must intervene and make an effort to secure assistance for his kids. The user begged, “They need stability.”
Another commenter emphasized the idea that both parents should be active in creating a secure atmosphere, asking, “What is wrong with her??” How awful this is for the children. They require stability, particularly following a divorce.
There were also raised concerns regarding the repeated moves: “Those youngsters must find it quite taxing to never feel nice and comfortable in a home. The constant fear of having to relocate once more.”
While many blamed Spelling for the current situation, others acknowledged that everyone had some responsibility and wrote, “Tori really has to feed her kids healthier…However, Dean wasn’t there to take his boys to games or teach them about sports.”
Another user agreed, saying, “Yup, you’re right! Without a doubt, I ought to have included Dean as well. especially considering that he appears to be genetically large. They have the gene because of him.”
Regarding McDermott’s battle with alcoholism, one commenter said, “Tori at least raised them & was present when they were small (while Dean was out getting hammered).”
Some remarks were harsher, criticizing Spelling’s actions in their eyes. Someone commented, “Being married to her, I understand why he was out getting hammered.”
Social media users’ comments reveal the public’s varied responses, ranging from critiques of both parents to worries about the children’s welfare. The general consensus was that Spelling and McDermott’s children needed more stability and better care after their divorce.
