The unfortunate reality is that some have been unfairly targeted or attacked. To make matters even worse, many have been portrayed in the same light, as if every single law enforcement officer is immoral or corrupt in some way.
On the other hand, one proprietor of a restaurant in Gallipolis, Ohio, made the decision to take a stand. These men and women in uniform were to be shown that they are appreciated, valued, and very essential to the communities in which they serve.
What exactly did they do, then? They displayed a sign in the window of their dwelling. Although it is a simple gesture, it is one that is rich in significance. The act of expressing thanks and expressing gratitude for the sacrifices that these courageous individuals make on a daily basis in order to keep us secure is a gesture of gratitude.

There was a significant increase in the number of likes and shares on Facebook. Every single person who worked in the store joined in, nodding their heads in agreement with what was being said.
